“10,000 shadows” is a new crowd knitting project, together we are going to knit 10,000 shadow/globes or balls, like I did it in “Knit a shadow – in concrete”.
This time we will use our leftover cotton yarn 8/4, all colors, but only solid colors.

Together we’ll knit 10.000 small ‘socks’/‘spheres’. The deadline has been extended and we’ll continue knitting until we reach the goal of 10,000. Then I’ll transform all the knitted socks  into a magnificent art exhibition.

I’m working on where to exhibit this magnificent knitting installation, if you have any suggestions, please let me know.

I hope that knitters all over the world are going to join 10.000 shadows. Knit alone, or knit together.
